General Booking Conditions

Ownership: The entity responsible for sales and the website is Costa Golf Rentals S.L. (Tax ID: B44663409).
User Obligations: The website must be used lawfully; fraudulent bookings and illicit use of the portal are prohibited.
Payment Conditions: To confirm a booking, 100% of the total amount must be paid via credit or debit card through a secure payment gateway.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

To request the cancellation of a booking and a corresponding refund (if applicable based on timeframes), the client must expressly notify the company by sending an email to info@costagolfrentals.es or calling +34 682 32 60 29, providing the booking reference number.

If cancelled more than 30 days in advance, the full amount is refunded.

Cancellations made 30 days or less in advance, or a failure to arrive (No-Show), do not entitle the guest to any refund.

Security Deposit: The guest must pay a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total booking cost to cover potential damages or breaches of terms. This amount is refunded within a maximum of 15 business days after check-out, provided there are no issues.

Stay Rules and Penalties: Smoking indoors, drug use, hosting parties, or exceeding the permitted occupancy limit is strictly prohibited. Specific financial penalties apply for lost keys (€50 to €250), extraordinary cleaning (€100 to €500), clogged drains (minimum €200), and damage to furniture or linens.
